Welcome to Sakura Studios Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a UK-registered company specialising in providing craft workshops and related services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, participation in our workshops, and purchase of any related services or products.

By booking or attending a workshop or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Workshop Bookings

All bookings must be made via our website or authorised booking channels.
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We accept payment via [e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer – specify as applicable].

5. Cancellations & Refunds

By You:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made:
- More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
- Less than 7 days: No refund.

By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrolment, venue issues).
If we cancel, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a place in a future workshop.

6. Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, depending on the nature of the activity.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, unless attending a children-specific workshop.

7. Materials & Tools

Unless specified, all materials and tools are provided and included in the workshop fee.
Participants are responsible for the safe and proper use of tools during the session.
We accept no liability for injury caused by misuse of materials or tools.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, designs, materials, and instructional methods remain the intellectual property of Sakura Studios Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the content without written permission.

9. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. You may opt out by informing us in before the workshop begins.

10. Liability & Insurance

Sakura Studios Ltd. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Please ensure you have suitable personal insurance if required.

11. Health & Safety

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, or special requirements.
Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided at the venue.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions).

13. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil our service obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
